We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Turf & Garden Maintenance Person to join our team in a full-time position.

This is a hands-on outdoor role suited to someone who takes pride in their work, can complete tasks independently and also works well as part of a team.

Key responsibilities

- Mowing, edging and maintaining turf areas

- General garden maintenance, including pruning, weeding and planting

- Operating and maintaining gardening equipment and machinery

- Green waste removal and general site clean-up

- Identifying and reporting maintenance issues

- Completing work safely, efficiently and to a high standard

- Working independently and alongside other team members

What we’re looking for

- A current manual driver’s licence is essential

- Experience in turf or garden maintenance is preferred

- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions

- Able to work unsupervised and manage daily tasks





- A positive attitude and strong work ethic

- Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Good communication and teamwork skills

- Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices
