What we need from you
- Genuine 2+ years of cafe experience
- Experience in both FOH and BOH environments
- Excellent customer service and people skills
- Positive approach to all tasks
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to cash up and close the cafe
- Great communication skills
- Self-motivated with initiative
- Team player
- Own reliable transport
- Flexibility with availability, including weekends and holidays
- Must be available for the Christmas School holiday period
- Barista experience
