The Role
Whether you’re already managing your own portfolio or you’re an Assistant PM ready to step up, you’ll be joining a team where you won’t be left to figure it all out alone.

With dedicated support, established systems and modern technology, you’ll have the backing to focus on your clients, stay organised and deliver exceptional service.

Your responsibilities may include:

- Managing or assisting with a residential portfolio of 85-130 properties
- Building strong, long-term landlord and tenant relationships
- Routine inspections and entry/exit reports




- Coordinating maintenance efficiently and proactively
- Arrears management
- Lease renewals, notices and general tenancy management
- Managing compliance with Queensland legislation
- Tribunal preparation and attendance where required
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
- Supporting the wider Property Management team

You’ll Fit Right In If You Have:
- Previous experience within residential Property Management
- Current QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate or Licence
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A proactive approach and strong attention to detail
- The ability to prioritise and manage competing tasks
- A genuine passion for Real Estate
- Current driver's licence
