About the Role

As a Consultant, you’ll be a reliable delivery engine - executing scoped work with pace, clarity and consistency.

You will:

Deliver high‑quality communication and engagement work

- Draft content, messaging, updates, communications materials and reports

- Support workshops, interviews, conversations and feedback activities

- Translate complex information into explicit, accessible communication

Support human‑centered project delivery

- Conduct research, insights gathering, analysis and problem‑solving

- Coordinate tasks, timelines and deliverables

- Maintain documentation, templates and project materials

Build trusted relationships

- Work collaboratively with clients, community members, partners and internal teams

- Bring professionalism,



curiosity and responsiveness to every interaction

Bring energy, clarity and the Struber way of working

About You

You enjoy making things happen, learning quickly, and working in a people‑centered environment.

You may come from:

- Communications, PR, media, digital or content roles

- Community engagement, customer experience or behavioural insights

- Government, social services, health, education or not‑for‑profit settings

- Early consulting, policy, research, project coordination or service delivery

Your strengths include:

- Strong writing and storytelling

- Building rapport and engaging with people

- Organisation, prioritisation and disciplined delivery
