Our founder leads everything with a hands-on, high-standards approach. She's an experienced injector and trainer, and she teaches everything she knows to people who want it. The clinic prides itself on the client trust it has built while delivering an exceptional cosmetic service.

The role

You'll be building relationships with clients through consultations, honest advice about what will and won't work, and explaining the science in a way people actually understand. Our clients come back because they trust us, and that trust is built by providing sound understanding of the products and science.

Day to day, you'll be:

· Consulting with clients, understanding what they want, and advising honestly on what's right for them.

· Delivering injectable treatments to a high standard.

· Building and holding your own client relationships over time.

· Managing follow-ups, reviews and aftercare properly.

Who we're hiring

Ideally you are in the following positions:

· You're injecting now and want a better place to do it.

· You've injected before and want to get back into the industry.

· You've done the training but haven't started yet

· Or you've never injected and want to move into aesthetics.

If you're already experienced, we can likely start you straight away. If you're current to injectables, training will be provided.

What we're looking for

We genuinely don't care how many years you've been injecting.



What we do care about deeply:

- You like explaining things. You can break down how the medicine works in plain language, and people leave understanding what's happening to them.

- You put the client ahead of yourself. Our industry can attract big egos and we're not looking to add to it.

- You own what happens. If something goes wrong you say so, you fix it, and you're not too proud to apologise properly.

- You're good at the honest conversation. Sometimes the answer is less, or slower, or not today, and the client should trust you more for hearing it.

- Clients can react strongly to small things, and you can hear that without taking it personally.

- Love detail and structured working ways. The detail really does matter in this industry and line of work.

This role would suit someone who...

Has worked in a clinic and felt limited by what they were allowed to learn. Or a hospital or community nurse who's always been drawn to aesthetics and wants a proper way in. Hospital nursing can be quite restrictive. This isn't. If you found that rigidity frustrating, you'll probably like it here.

You'll need current AHPRA registration as an RN or EN.
