Marketing & Business Operations Manager. A hands-on role for someone who likes making things happen. We’re looking for an experienced, proactive Marketing & Business Operations Manager to take ownership of marketing, improve how the business operates, and help keep the team moving forward.

This is a high-impact hybrid role combining marketing, business operations, systems, process improvement and team coordination. You’ll work closely with the Directors, take broad objectives and turn them into action, and identify opportunities to make the business more efficient, organised and successful.

Marketing & Brand

- Own and drive the marketing calendar and strategy
- Manage social media, LinkedIn, EDMs, video, case studies and client communications
- Coordinate content, campaigns, filming and key marketing activities
- Manage events, sponsorships, partnerships and advertising opportunities
- Maintain brand consistency and marketing collateral
- Manage the marketing budget and track performance
- Use data and insights to identify what’s working and where to improve
- Coordinate external marketing partners and suppliers
- Bring fresh ideas and new opportunities to the business

Business Operations

- Improve systems, processes and workflows across the business
- Identify opportunities for automation and greater efficiency
- Improve reporting, data management and operational systems
- Build practical process guides, templates and documentation
- Support and manage an offshore team member
- Drive projects and ensure priorities stay on track
- Identify inefficiencies and turn them into practical solutions

Team & Office

- Help keep the team organised, informed and supported
- Ensure the office runs smoothly and efficiently




- Coordinate team activities and key internal dates
- Help create a positive, organised workplace
- Support real estate compliance, licensing and administration as required

About You
You’re organised, proactive and commercially minded. You’re comfortable working independently, making decisions and taking ownership without needing constant direction.
You’ll be someone who:

- Takes initiative and follows things through
- Communicates clearly and raises issues early
- Is solution-focused and resourceful
- Can juggle multiple priorities
- Moves comfortably between creative marketing and operational problem-solving
- Notices opportunities and inefficiencies before they become problems
- Enjoys making things simpler, smarter and more efficient
- 5+ years’ experience in marketing or a related role
- Strong experience across social media, content, email marketing and digital campaigns
- Excellent written communication and project management skills
- Experience improving business processes, systems or workflows
- Confidence working with data, CRM systems and business technology
- Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders or offshore team members
- Real estate, property or skilled services experience is highly regarded
- Real estate compliance or licensing experience is an advantage
