Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver advanced Substation Secondary systems for distribution and transmission networks (22kV to 500kV).
- Ensure strict adherence to Jacobs' quality assurance procedures and technical standards
- Lead and manage engineering projects within defined scopes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Foster effective collaboration with multidisciplinary teams (civil, structural, primary electrical).
- Contribute to proposal development, including scope definition and cost estimation.
- Engage with regional clients, providing expert technical advice and supporting business growth.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers,



enhancing our team's capabilities.

Here's what you'll need

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (required).
- Experience in High Voltage Secondary Substation design and project delivery.
- Proven ability to serve as a trusted technical advisor to clients.
- Demonstrated capability in managing and providing technical leadership to design teams, including Global Delivery Centres.
- Solid track record in managing design projects in compliance with quality management systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
