The Opportunity

McGrathNicol is seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst to join our national Technology team in Brisbane or Perth. This is an opportunity to play a key role in supporting a leading professional services firm, ensuring our people have the technology, systems and support they need to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients. Working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, you will be exposed to a broad range of technologies while contributing to service improvements, technology initiatives and the ongoing evolution of our digital workplace.

Your Responsibilities

- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 IT support across hardware, software, systems and applications.

- Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and a positive user experience.

- Support and maintain Microsoft 365, Azure, endpoint management and collaboration platforms.

- Assist with user onboarding and offboarding, including provisioning, device deployment and access management.





- Contribute to technology projects, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Maintain documentation, knowledge articles and support records.

- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure the effective delivery of IT services.

About You

- Experience in a senior IT support, service desk or desktop support role, ideally within a professional services or legal environment.

- Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Azure and endpoint management tools.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and troubleshoot complex issues.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-focused approach to service delivery.

- A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a genuine interest in improving processes and driving positive outcomes.

- Relevant industry certifications and experience supporting modern workplace technologies will be highly regarded.
