THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll & Time Management Consultant to join our SAP team in Brisbane.

The role is primarily focused on SAP Payroll, providing functional support, configuration, testing, issue resolution and enhancements across a complex SAP HXM environment. SAP Time Management experience will be highly regarded, alongside exposure to Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SuccessFactors and S/4HANA.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide functional support and configuration across SAP Payroll and Time Management.
- Investigate payroll and time-related incidents and deliver sustainable solutions.
- Support payroll processing including schemas, PCRs, wage types, retro calculations and reconciliation.
- Work with business stakeholders on payroll requirements, legislative updates and improvements.
- Support parallel payroll, regression testing,



UAT and production validation.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration and support documentation.
- Support integrations across Payroll, Time, Finance and HR systems.
- Manage incidents, enhancements and minor project activities within an AMS environment.

ABOUT YOU

- Robust hands-on SAP Payroll configuration and support experience.
- Australian Payroll experience highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of schemas, PCRs, wage types, payroll results and reconciliation.
- Experience troubleshooting complex payroll issues through to resolution.
- Working knowledge of SAP Time Management, including time evaluation, work schedules, absences and attendances.
- Experience across application support, AMS, enhancements or implementation environments.
- Strong stakeholder engagement, analytical and documentation skills.

Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP) is advantageous but not essential where strong SAP Payroll capability is demonstrated.

Exposure to SuccessFactors Employee Central, S/4HANA integrations or relevant SAP certifications will also be highly regarded.
