Qualified Roof Plumber / Architectural Roofing Tradesman

Tired of doing the same roof, day after day?

West Coast Roofing & Cladding is looking for an experienced, qualified Roof Plumber / Roofing Tradesman to join our growing team.

We specialise in high-end architectural roofing and cladding, working across custom residential, commercial and bespoke projects throughout WA.

Our workload is growing and we need someone who can jump in, get on the tools and contribute from day one.

This isn't a position for someone who needs to be constantly supervised.

We're looking for a tradesman who knows roofing, takes pride in their work, can think through a detail, and wants to be part of a team that genuinely cares about the finished product.

THE WORK

You'll be working across a range of quality roofing and cladding projects including:

- Architectural metal roofing

- Standing seam roofing and wall cladding

- Nailstrip and interlocking cladding

- Custom flashings and detailed architectural work

- Commercial metal roofing and cladding

- Custom residential projects

- Occasional regional and remote WA projects (optional)

We don't chase high-volume, low-cost work.

Our focus is on quality projects, positive builders and clients, challenging details, and work we're proud to put our name to.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Ideally, you're a qualified Roof Plumber with solid metal roofing experience who can hit the ground running.

You'll need to be:

- Experienced and competent on the tools

- Confident installing metal roofing and flashings

- Able to read plans and work through details

- Reliable and punctual

- Capable of working independently when required

- A good communicator

- Someone who respects the job, the client, the team and their equipment





- Particular about the quality of their workmanship

- Willing to take responsibility for what they install

Architectural roofing or cladding experience is highly regarded, but attitude, workmanship and willingness to learn matter just as much.

If you've got leading-hand experience or you're capable of stepping up and running sections of a project, we definitely want to hear from you.
