Selection Criteria – What You’ll Need:

- Behaviour Support Practitioner willing to take on a dual role as a Therapeutic Case Manager:

1. You are an experienced mental health practitioner with a proven ability to provide individual and group support covering a variety of issues, including trauma, grief and loss, mental health, counselling and substance use.

2. We are seeking candidates who are either deemed suitable as Behaviour Support Practitioners or meet the requirements to complete the suitability process,



in line with the NDIS Positive Behaviour Support Capability Framework.

3. You also have experience supporting clients navigating the NDIS and have an understanding of NDIS practices and updated legislation.

4. You have extensive experience in working collaboratively with clients, their families, carers, and clinicians' services to conduct thorough assessments, identify needs, aspirations, and goals, and facilitate warm referrals and other referrals to partner agencies and services as needed.

5. You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Your ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders is crucial for success in this role.

- Proven experience: Substantiated by references, demonstrating your ability to effectively engage with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders is essential for this role.

- Qualifications: Completion of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, Social Work, Mental Health, or a related discipline.

- Training Development - Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to develop, prepare, present, and evaluate training packages for individuals and groups. Ability to think innovatively, work autonomously, and solve problems effectively.
