About Us:

We are an established and growing Australian business supplying water filtration, bathroom, home improvement and household products across the Australian, New Zealand and United States markets.

Our products are sold through major retail, trade and e-commerce channels, giving our design team the opportunity to work across a broad range of real-world consumer touchpoints, from product branding and packaging through to websites, digital campaigns, retail collateral and social media.

We are looking for a creative and commercially minded Graphic & Digital Designer to join our Dandenong South team.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who enjoys seeing their work move beyond the screen and into the marketplace. We operate with a relatively flat and nimble structure where good ideas are valued, people are encouraged to contribute, and a collaborative, can-do attitude is important.

The Role:

Working across multiple brands and product categories, you will help create and develop the visual assets that bring our products and brands to life.

Key responsibilities include:

· Product Packaging: Develop attractive, commercially effective packaging that helps our products stand out in competitive retail environments.

· Digital & Print Design: Create engaging assets across social media, web, email, catalogues, presentations and marketing campaigns.

· Website & E-commerce: Design visually compelling, user-friendly website and e-commerce content consistent with our brand identities.

· Content Creation: Assist with photo and video shoots and complete post-production including retouching, resizing and compositing.

· Brand Development:



Maintain and evolve visual identities across multiple brands and product categories.

· Retail & Marketing Collateral: Develop promotional, point-of-sale and other creative material supporting major retail and trade customers.

· Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales and product development teams to take projects from concept through to completion.

About You:

We are looking for someone who combines strong creative ability with attention to detail and a willingness to get involved across a broad range of projects.

Ideally, you will have:

· A degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication or a related field, or equivalent experience.

· A strong portfolio demonstrating graphic and digital design capability.

· Experience or a strong interest in product packaging, branding and digital design.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

· Strong understanding of typography, colour, composition and layout.

· An awareness of current and emerging design trends and the ability to translate these into fresh, commercially relevant creative work.

· Strong communication and collaboration skills.

· Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.





· A proactive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn and develop.

· Desirable Skills

Experience in the following would be advantageous:

· Photography, videography and video editing.

· Motion graphics and animation.

· Social media content creation.

· Canva and CapCut.

· Figma and digital prototyping.

· Website design, HTML/CSS or content management systems.

· AI-assisted creative tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E or similar.

· Project management platforms such as Asana, Monday.com or ClickUp.
