About the opportunity

This is a hands-on opportunity to deliver refurbishment projects that directly support the quality, appeal and future readiness of Bolton Clarke's Retirement Living villages. As Project Manager - Retirement Living Refurbishments, you will manage a national program of minor to medium capital works, working closely with contractors, suppliers, village managers and internal stakeholders to deliver projects safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

Key activities

- Deliver Retirement Living refurbishment projects nationally.
- Manage minor to medium capital works from planning through to completion.
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, village managers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, quality and return on investment.
- Promote safe work practices and compliance with WHS and relevant regulations.
- Travel to sites as required to support delivery and stakeholder engagement.

About you

You are a practical, delivery-focused Project Manager with experience in construction, refurbishments or capital works. You bring robust coordination, communication and commercial discipline, with the confidence to work across geographically dispersed sites and engage effectively with contractors, suppliers, village teams and internal stakeholders.

- Experience delivering refurbishment, construction, capital works or property projects.
- Strong project management capability across scope, budget, quality, timelines and risk.
- Experience coordinating contractors, suppliers and operational stakeholders.
- Knowledge of WHS requirements and relevant construction or building regulations.
- Solid communication, stakeholder engagement and problem-solving skills.
- Budget and financial management capability, including tracking costs and supporting ROI.
- Relevant project management, construction or trade qualifications, or equivalent experience.
