Job Description

Our Medical Negligence team is dedicated to protecting the rights and entitlements of our clients. We’re now looking for a permanent Legal Assistant to join our Brisbane-based team, in a full time capacity.

Responsibilities

- Answer and manage incoming calls
- Diary and file management
- Preparation of correspondence, court documents and briefs of evidence
- Provide day-to-day administrative support
- Maintain frequent contact with clients, offering strong client service skills

Qualifications

- Experience as a Legal Assistant, or background in administration and/or customer service
- Preferably experience in the legal industry (not required)
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- Solid organisational and time management skills
- Team player with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
