An exciting opportunity exists for an outstanding retail superstar to join our fun and agile team as an Assistant Boutique Manager at our Sydney QVB Boutique.

This leadership role will oversee all day‑to‑day operational responsibilities and is accountable for maximising sales by striving to be the best at providing excellence in client service, visual presentation and creating a memorable, elevated brand experience.

Responsibilities

- Maintain the highest level of service to our retail customers
- Act as the storyteller of CAMILLA, demonstrating extensive product knowledge
- Lead the boutique tribe by example using the CAMILLA values
- Assist the Boutique Manager in day‑to‑day boutique management
- Meet KPI’s and coach others to achieve theirs
- Take responsibility for the boutique’s visual merchandising and sensory experience
- Implement innovative approaches to retain and attract customers
- Ensure the boutique and its staff align with CAMILLA standards

Qualifications

- Confident and bright retailer with a minimum of 2 years’ retail experience
- Strong customer service orientation, able to tailor in‑store experiences to each customer
- Passionate about maintaining an inspiring boutique environment
