This is a launchpad for someone early in their career who’s excited by great design, commercial delivery and real-world projects.

Responsibilities

- Qualify inbound leads and tender opportunities
- Prepare and support responses to RFIs, RFQs and proposals
- Manage pipeline data and communications in HubSpot
- Liaise with contractors, consultants and internal stakeholders
- Book meetings, track actions and help deals move forward

progress deals through the pipeline, stay ahead of value engineering risks, and position our offer to rise to the top - not compete on lowest price.

It’s a hands-on, high-impact role – ideal for someone who’s organised, commercially curious, and ready to grow.

Qualifications / Experience

- Recent graduate (e.g. interior design, architecture, quantity surveying, construction management) or 1–3 years in sales coordination, estimating, or fitout support
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Confidence working with clients and technical information
- Attention to detail and a proactive mindset
- Familiarity with space planning, estimating or CRM tools a bonus
