The Position

Staff Specialist (Consultant) or Senior Staff Specialist Psychiatrist in the field of Rehabilitation Mental Health Services.

You will provide high quality clinical and non-clinical services working in multi-disciplinary team settings supported by a clinical director, 3 Psychiatrists, 3 Psychiatry Registrars and 2 RMOs. The program delivers care to patients with complex rehabilitation needs who require treatment in a secure workplace.

Based in sub-tropical North Queensland which provides a family orientated lifestyle in a coastal region, this city offers a range of sports, social activities, schools, restaurants, cafes and more.

- must be able to obtain registration with AHPRA via the Specialist pathway OR Expedited Specialist pathway.
- have a solid clinical background in Psychiatry

The Package

- Base salary $8062 - $ p/fortnight ($209,612.00 - $265,764.20 per annum)
- On-call and recall allowance paid extra
- Superannuation 12.5%
- Salary sacrifice $17,000
- Relocation package and other benefits
- 5 weeks annual leave, 14% annual leave loading
