- 09/11/ :30 to 15/11/ :00 – $2,500 per day
- 23/11/ :30 to 29/11/ :00 – $2,500 per day
- 07/12/ :30 to 13/12/ :00 – $2,500 per day
- 21/12/ :30 to 27/12/ :00 – $2,500 per day

- Procedural hospital, seeing approximately 25-32 patients per day through the ED. Maternity on site with Obstetric and Anaesthetic cover.
- 27 beds and 2 birthing rooms. Of the 27 beds, three are maternity beds and two high observation beds. Emergency department has five beds and one Resus Bay.
- The estimated residential population of Forbes LGA in 2016 was 9,587. People aged 70 years and over accounted for approximately 15.2% of the population. In the 2016 Census 11.1% of the LGA population identified as Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander.
