We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect – Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to lead the design, optimisation, and implementation of large-scale transportation and logistics solutions. This role will partner closely with customers and delivery teams to ensure TMS solutions are aligned with business objectives, industry best practices, and complex integration requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise TMS platforms , including modelling, optimisation, and configuration.
- Design and optimise solutions using core TMS components such as modelling, optimisation engines, load building, and freight optimisation modules .
- Ensure solution designs are scalable, robust, and aligned with customer business processes.

Implementation & Delivery:

- Drive solution validation, construct planning, and delivery timelines.
- Guide system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment activities to ensure a smooth transition to steady-state operations.




- Provide hands‑on technical and functional expertise throughout implementation phases.

Functional & Domain Expertise:

- Apply robust domain knowledge across 3PL, Retail, and CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) environments.
- Translate complex business requirements into effective TMS configurations and solution designs.
- Assess business requirements that fall outside standard solution scope, including integration complexity and architectural constraints.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

- Work closely with customers, project managers, technical consultants, and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on solution architecture, optimisation strategies, and industry best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 8–20+ years of overall experience, with at least 4 end-to-end TMS implementations .
- Strong hands‑on experience in TMS solution architecture and customisation .
- Deep domain expertise in 3PL, Retail, or CEP (Courier, Express, Parcel) industries.
