On-Demand Document Review Lawyers / Reviewers

Location: Remote or Onsite

Engagement: Contract | Short-Notice | As-Needed

Elevate is expanding its Project Bench and we’re looking for talented Document Review Lawyers/Reviewers who can step in quickly to support high-volume review projects for leading corporate and law firm clients. If you thrive in quick-paced environments and have strong eDiscovery experience, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

- Conduct first-level, second-level, and QC document reviews.
- Review for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and issue tags per project protocols.
- Perform PII/PHI identification for data breach matters.
- Work efficiently within established workflows and accuracy standards.
- Communicate proactively with Project Leads on progress and escalations.
- Maintain high-quality output in large, time-sensitive matters.
- Mobilise rapidly for urgent projects (often within 24–48 hours).

What We’re Looking For

- Experience in document review or eDiscovery (law firm, ALSP, or in-house).
- Proficiency in platforms such as Relativity (preferred), Nuix, Canopy, or EDT .
- Data breach review experience highly valued.
- Strong grasp of relevance, privilege, and confidentiality principles.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable remote working setup.
- Full working rights in Australia.

Qualifications

- Law degree preferred (lawyer and non-lawyer reviewer roles available).
- Australian practising certificate required for lawyer-level reviews (where applicable).

Availability

- Able to join projects at short notice (same-day or next-day).
- Flexible working hours aligned with project demands.
- Open to both short-term and multi-week engagements.
