The Opportunity:

Join a reputable mining company committed to safety and career development. We’re seeking a Senior Emergency Services Officer (ESO) for an underground gold mine on a FIFO 8/6 roster. Lead and mentor the Emergency Response Team, oversee emergency and medical procedures, and drive continuous improvement in a safety-focused setting.

The Role:

- Lead and mentor Emergency Services Officers and the Emergency Response Team.
- Ensure compliance with emergency response plans, medical protocols, and training schedules.
- Maintain and inspect emergency and medical equipment.




- Administer medical treatment and manage medical protocols.
- Collate performance data and maintain accurate records.
- Identify areas for improvement in emergency response procedures and participate in post-incident debriefings.

The Requirements:

- Relevant qualifications and extensive experience in emergency management and medical response (mining experience essential).
- Leadership experience and strong mentoring skills.
- Strong organisational, administration, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Must be able to work on an 8/6 FIFO roster ex Perth.
