BARBER MANAGER – FULL TIME

We’re looking for an experienced, confident and people-focused Barber Manager to join our Bribie Island team.

This is the perfect opportunity for a qualified barber who loves being behind the chair but is also ready to take ownership of a team, help develop others and play an important role in the success of the store.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Barber Manager, you’ll work full-time hours combining hands-on barbering with the day-to-day leadership of the store.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading, motivating and supporting your team
- Creating a positive, skilled and enjoyable team culture
- Managing store targets and individual performance
- Coaching and developing barbers to grow their skills and confidence
- Supporting apprentices and trainees
- Rostering and day-to-day store operations
- Stock management and ordering
- Maintaining high standards of customer service, presentation and cleanliness
- Leading by example both on the floor and behind the chair

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for someone who:

Is a qualified barber




Has a minimum of 5 years’ industry experience
Is confident across modern and traditional barbering services
Has strong communication and people skills
Enjoys coaching, training and developing others
Is organised, reliable and comfortable taking responsibility
Understands the importance of targets and business performance
Leads with a positive attitude and genuinely enjoys being part of a team

Previous management or leadership experience would be highly regarded.
