We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Tutor to join our team at JB Education.

**Responsibilities:

1. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students preparing for their exams.

2. Develop customized lesson plans and learning strategies to address the specific needs and learning styles of each student.

3. Assess students' progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills and performance.

4. Motivate and inspire students to develop a love for learning,



fostering a positive learning environment.

5. Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.

**Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher.

2. Previous experience tutoring or Degree in teaching is NOT required but preferably with a strong track record of student success.

3. Deep knowledge of the subject curriculum, including study tips and assessment requirements.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.

5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
