Your Impact

As an ICU Registered Nurse,



you will provide evidence-based care to patients with complex and high-acuity needs while supporting patients and families through challenging and often life-changing experiences.

You will:

- Deliver safe, high-quality, patient-centred ICU care
- Manage patients requiring advanced critical care interventions, including mechanical ventilation
- Collaborate with a highly skilled multidisciplinary team
- Support patients and families throughout recovery, rehabilitation and end-of-life care
- Contribute to quality improvement, patient safety and clinical excellence initiatives
- Act as a role model for professional practice and compassionate care

About You

You are a confident and compassionate ICU nurse who thrives in a quick-paced environment and is committed to delivering outstanding patient outcomes.

Essential Criteria

- Minimum 3 years recent ICU experience, including mechanical ventilation
- Current unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Australian working rights
- Postgraduate Certificate in Critical Care/ICU (or currently undertaking)
- Demonstrated commitment to quality and patient safety
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Current Working With Children Check
- Knowledge of and compliance with ACQSHC National Standards

Desirable

- Current Advanced Life Support (ALS) certification

If you are successful in the role, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant registered nursing experience against the current Healthscope and NSWNMA/ANMF – NSW Nurses and Midwives’ – Enterprise Agreement 2024, a salary ranging from $40.26 - $56.54 per hour.
