We're a tight-knit team who work hard, take pride in our work, and have a good time doing it. Josh, our owner/director, is hands-on in the workshop and a great teacher for someone who genuinely wants to learn the trade properly.

About the role:
We're looking for a First Year Mechanical Apprentice to join our team. Any hands-on skill or experience is a bonus, but it's not essential — what matters most to us is attitude: someone hard-working, quick to pick things up, and keen to get stuck in.

Day-to-day tasks will include:

- Washing and prepping cars
- Assisting technicians with jobs in the workshop
- General day-to-day tasks around the shop
- Learning the trade hands-on as you go

What we're looking for:





- Australian resident/citizen (no sponsorship available for this role)
- Reliable, punctual, and a robust work ethic
- Quick learner, happy to take direction and ask questions
- Polite and comfortable dealing with customers — this is a customer-facing workshop
- Some hands-on mechanical experience or know-how is a bonus, not essential
- Own reliable transport to Brighton
