About the Role

As a Property Officer, you will provide day-to-day support to our Property Managers and assist in delivering outstanding service to landlords and tenants.

Your Responsibilities

- Assist with the daily management of a residential property portfolio.
- Conduct routine, ingoing and outgoing property inspections.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with landlords, tenants and tradespeople.
- Prepare lease documentation and tenancy correspondence.
- Respond promptly to phone and email enquiries.
- Assist with open homes and private inspections for rental properties.
- Process tenancy applications and reference checks.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software.
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with NSW tenancy legislation.

About You

- Previous experience in real estate or property management is preferred but not essential.




- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organisational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail.
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (experience with property management software is an advantage).
