Strathpine GP Superclinic is seeking a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse / Practice Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team on a part-time or casual basis.
As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will play an integral role in delivering high-quality, patient-centred care while supporting the daily clinical operations of our busy and well-established practice.
About the Role
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing a broad range of nursing services including triage, wound care, immunisations, health assessments and chronic disease management
- Assisting GPs with procedures and clinical consultations
- Supporting care plans, recalls and preventative health initiatives
- Delivering patient education and health promotion activities
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in accordance with practice protocols
- Working collaboratively with GPs, nurses and reception staff to ensure seamless patient care
- Demonstrating commitment to professional development and continuous improvement
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Experience in general practice or primary healthcare (highly regarded)
- Strong clinical assessment and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A proactive, patient-focused approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Flexibility to work part-time or casual shifts
