We are seeking a hands-on Manager to lead and support one of our successful Bridgestone BSelect Mechanical businesses in Sydney NSW.
About the Role
As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding our experienced team in tyre, mechanical, and auto service/repairs. You will be responsible for driving business performance, ensuring exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive team culture. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated leader who is passionate about the automotive industry and ready to build on their success.
What You Will Bring
- Store Management experience within the automotive industry
- Minimum 5 years of automotive management experience
- Strong industry knowledge and hands-on experience
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy approach
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Mechanical trade qualification preferred but not essential
