As we continue to expand our team and broaden our reach, we are seeking a motivated and capable Dentist to join our boutique Brisbane CBD practice.

We are looking for a dentist who is confident in their clinical foundations, communicates exceptionally well with patients and is motivated to build a thriving patient base of their own.

The ideal candidate will be a dentist who:

- Has solid foundational clinical skills and is confident delivering general dentistry
- Communicates exceptionally well and builds genuine rapport and trust with patients
- Is confident discussing treatment options and has strong case presentation and treatment conversion skills
- Takes pride in delivering high-quality clinical work and achieving predictable outcomes
- Is motivated to grow their own books and patient base
- Has strong patient retention, recall and rebooking skills
- Understands the importance of building long-term patient relationships
- Takes ownership of their clinical development,



productivity and professional growth
- Demonstrates strong internal motivation, initiative and accountability
- Is receptive to feedback, mentorship and continuous improvement

Mentorship & Development

Mentorship will be provided to support the right dentist in further developing their clinical skills, treatment planning, case presentation and overall practice performance.

The role is best suited to someone who already has a solid foundation of clinical competence and is looking for the right environment, guidance and support to take their dentistry to the next level.

Mentorship is intended to build on an existing foundation, rather than replace the need for initiative, independence and self-motivation.

The Person We’re Looking For
