About the role
This is an integral part of our busy service department. You will collect, retrieve and park customer vehicles when they are dropped off or picked up from our service department. You will provide prompt and welcoming customer service and help ensure customers have a great experience while they are with us. This is a casual position based at in Jubilee.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure car park is kept clean and tidy at all times
- Monitor car park activity and ensure rotation of vehicles
- Ensure all vehicles have seat covers and floor mats
- Collect valet vehicles booked for service and ensure they are clean
- Some detailing work will also be required
- Ensure safety is at the forefront of all you do
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar environment is preferred
- A customer service focus and a friendly demeanor
- Current drivers’ licence (auto and manual)
- Previous detailing experience would be an advantage
