Thai Herb Restaurant is seeking an experienced and passonate Restaurant Manager to lead our dynamic team. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day operations, drive business dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a high- performing team in a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Implement strategies to grow sales, increase customer loyalty, and attract new guests.
- Respond promptly to customer feedback and resolve issues effectively.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships, while controlling costs and minimising waste.
- Supervise and train both front and back-of-house staff.
- Ensure adherence to health, safety , and food quality standards.
- Monitor budgets, sales performance, and profitability.
- Work closely with the director on initiatives to support business growth, including potential new locations.

Requirements:





- 3-5 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager in Asian cuisine, particularly Thai Restaurants.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Thai food and beverages.
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- At least Diploma in Hospitality (required).
- RSA certification (preferred).
