For more than 35 years, Tuga Pastries has been bringing a little taste of Portugal to Sydney. As a proudly family-owned bakery, we're known for our artisan breads, handcrafted pastries and our famous Portuguese Tarts that have built a loyal following across the city.
We're growing, and we're looking for Barista Allrounders to join our team!
You'll have the opportunity to work across multiple locations, providing variety in your role, the chance to work with different teams, and access to additional shifts as our business continues to grow.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, but you can expect to:
- Create consistently excellent espresso coffee
- Deliver warm, genuine customer service
- Serve our delicious pastries, breads and café menu
- Assist with food preparation and presentation
- Operate the register and process customer orders
- Keep the café clean, organised and inviting
- Work closely with your teammates to create an outstanding customer experience
What We're Looking For
You'll be someone who:
- Has previous barista experience and can confidently dial in coffee
- Loves working in a fast-paced café environment
- Enjoys talking with customers and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a team
- Takes pride in quality, presentation and cleanliness
- Can work flexible hours, including weekends
