We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented ICT Support Test Technician to provide front-line technical support to our staff and systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a rapid-paced environment, and is passionate about helping users resolve technical issues efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test software, systems and equipment to identify faults.
- Test logistics applications such as warehouse management systems, transport management systems, inventory platforms, order management systems, scanning devices, tracking systems, and customer portals.
- Review data, processes and technical documents.
- Identify risks and areas that do not meet company standards.
- Recommend corrective actions and system improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
- Support system installation, upgrades and configuration.




- Provide technical support and basic training to users.
- Prepare and update technical guides, reports and system records.
- Work with staff, management and service providers to resolve ICT issues.

Requirements:

- Certificate IV or higher in Information Technology or related field.
- 3+ year of experience in an ICT support or helpdesk environment preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work through problems methodically.
- Knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
