The Empress Hotel is seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our busy kitchen team full-time.
We’re looking for a reliable, organised chef who performs well under pressure, takes pride in consistency, and works well as part of a solid team.

Position Details
Full-time Chef de Partie
4-day roster

Weekend availability required
Working across multiple sections
Immediate start available

Skills & Experience
Minimum 3 years experience as a Chef de Partie or similar
Experience in a fast-paced pub, restaurant, or high-volume kitchen
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to stay calm and efficient during busy service
Strong communication and teamwork




Sound knowledge of food safety and kitchen hygiene
Full Australian working rights
