Asquith Dentists is looking for a friendly, organised and reliable Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time/casual basis.
This position is for 3 days per week – Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The role may be particularly suitable for a university student who has consistent availability on these days and is looking for ongoing work in a professional and supportive environment.
About the Role:
As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and qualified experience at the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting patients in a warm and professional manner
- Answering phone calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Booking, confirming and managing appointments
- Managing the appointment book efficiently
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- Following up patients regarding appointments and treatment
- Responding to emails and general reception enquiries
- Supporting the dentists and wider team with general administrative duties
- Assisting with the practice’s digital marketing by writing engaging blog posts for the website and creating social media content.
- Helping maintain a professional, organised and welcoming front desk
About You:
