Meanwhile, Cloud 7 Residence, Dar Tantora The House Hotel’s sister property, offers a serene escape just a short distance away from the bustling city center. The exclusive community, composed of 30 rooms,



2 F&B; outlet, cigar lounge, spa, numerous bespoke retail stores will become the most sought-after earth friendly, low impact sustainable heritage eco sanctuary, where the goal is to create an experience, with workshops and activities that showcase the importance of the destination in history.

ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide all treatments as required on the Dalila Spa menu of services.

- Perform each treatment as per treatment booking and with particular attention to managing time and control of product to avoid any waste.

- Administer spa treatments to promote relaxation, improve circulation and relieve muscle tension.

- Use essential oils, herbal and mineral therapies to assist in body recovery.

- Assess and treat specific soft tissue areas and provide correct advice on rehabilitation for guests.

- Make assessment of guest’s physical condition and advice on relaxation and stretching techniques to use.

- Clean treatment room before and after each guest to ensure that the treatment room is to standard and ready for the next treatment.

- Responsible for all areas around the Spa including assisting in the spa area cleaning

- Ensure sufficient stocks of appropriate linen, robes, and slippers are available at all times, and arrange laundering as required.

- Preparation of body treatments,



ensuring ingredients are ready to use as required.

- Keep all internal and external areas of Dalila Spa clean, tidy and hygienic, ensuring that an adequate level of cleaning materials and products are available.

- Be available to participate in any additional training in treatments and retailing to continually improve one’s own performance.

- Have a strong and thorough knowledge of all products used, treatments and services offered by Dalila Spa as required to provide these services in the role of Spa Therapist.

- Meet the weekly and monthly retail targets set down in the budget and as directed by the Spa Manager.

- Conduct soft tissue body massages of the muscles, tendons and ligaments to assist in healing.

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

- Experience in five-star property spas

- Hands-on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing, and face/body therapies.

- Fluent English is a must and Arabic language is preferred.

- Strong communication and customer service skills.

- Positive attitude and user-level computer skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Highly organized, fast, excellent time management.

- Flexibility to work in shifts.
