About the Role

As a Dental Assistant at DB Dental Brighton, you'll be an integral part of our clinical team, helping to create a positive and comfortable experience for patients throughout their treatment journey.

Working closely with our clinicians, you'll provide chairside assistance across a variety of procedures while ensuring treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment are prepared to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Providing high-quality chairside assistance during dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and ensuring they are fully equipped for patient appointments




- Maintaining infection control and sterilisation protocols in line with industry standards
- Supporting clinicians with clinical and administrative tasks
- Managing instruments and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations
- Creating a welcoming and reassuring experience for patients
- Contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative team workplace

About You

We're looking for a motivated and patient-focused Dental Assistant who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and supporting their team.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Minimum 1 year of Dental Assisting experience
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy clinical environment
- Reliable, proactive, and committed to providing outstanding patient care

Desirable

- Experience using Dental4Windows (D4W)
