Your Role

We're on the lookout for a Rehabilitation Consultant (OT, EP, Physio, Osteo) to join our dynamic team. You’ll provide assessment, intervention, and case management services across a mix of schemes such as Workers Compensation, CTP and Life Insurance.

Core tasks of the role include:

- Conducting single service assessments; functional capacity evaluations, worksite and ergonomic assessments
- Leading return-to-work case management, guiding clients every step of the way
- Being at the forefront of best-practice standards and innovative solutions for injury and disability management

What You’ll Need

- Full registration with AHPRA or ESSA
- Minimum 2 years experience in occupational rehabilitation highly regarded
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- A current driver’s licence,



access to your own vehicle and ability to travel for face-to-face servicing as required
- Confidence with Microsoft Office and electronic client record management
