About Us:
Bhasa Academy is an innovative online coding school dedicated to inspiring young learners (grades 3–8) to explore the exciting world of programming. We provide structured, level-based classes designed to build real-world coding skills in a fun and interactive environment.
We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate instructors to join our growing team!
Job Responsibilities:
- Teach beginner-level programming, including Scratch, HTML, and Python, to elementary and middle school students in live online classes.
- Create an engaging, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.
- Encourage participation and help students build confidence with technology.
- Communicate with parents about student progress when needed.
- Attend occasional team meetings and professional development sessions.
- Follow Bhasa Academy’s curriculum while bringing creativity and enthusiasm to every class.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, particularly when working with children.
- Passion for teaching and helping young learners succeed.
- Previous teaching, tutoring, or mentoring experience is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of Scratch, HTML, and Python.
- Reliable internet access and a quiet, professional teaching environment.
