About the role:
Star Phones, a national mobile accessories and repair brand with 55+ stores across Australia, is hiring Mobile Phone Technicians. This is a hands-on technician role (non-senior) in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key duties:

- Screen, battery, charging port, camera & speaker repairs
- Back glass repairs (non-laser method required)
- Quick and accurate fault diagnosis
- Fast turnaround repairs
- Customer service at the counter
- Upselling accessories when repairs are quiet

What we’re looking for:

- Experience as a mobile phone technician
- Back glass repair experience (mandatory)




- Motherboard repair experience not required
- Ability to work fast and accurately
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable in a busy retail environment
