We are seeking a position in experienced Solid Plasterer's/ Cement Renderer to join our team in Melbourne. The successful candidate will be responsible for applying solid plaster/ Cement Render to various surfaces, including walls and ceilings to different types of surfaces. The role requires a skilled individual with a minimum of one year of practical experience in plastering/ Rendering.

Key Requirements:

- At least one year of experience.
- White card and PPE
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Must own their own vehicle a must and have Australian drivers license.
- Speak and read English is a must

Key Responsibilities:

- Preparing all walls, including taping all mesh, taping all windows, covering roofs and floors and plumbing and straightening surfaces and angles
- measuring, cutting and installing plasterboard.
- Mixing and applying coats of cement render to interior and exterior walls and ceilings using the appropriate tools, which also includes plaster levelling and smoothing.




- Levelling and smoothing coting systems to be uniform thickness as necessary
- Capable of using straight edges to screed render on walls where appropriate.
- Installing foam cladding systems as per manufacture specifications (not essential but desirable)
- Experience in all decorative finishes including; Concrete Finish, Hard Plaster, Stucco, Venetian Plaster.
- Experience in following the appropriate render systems on different types of Brickwork, EPS, AAC (Hebel/Nasahi) render systems a must with manufacture specifications, in which will be given to you if your successful.

Working min hours

- Must be full-time Monday to Friday Start 7am to 3pm with break
- Weekend work available but not essential
