We’re setting up a Buyers’ Agency and are looking for an experienced consultant to build the operational foundation of the business.

We need someone who has hands-on experience setting up, operating or managing a buyers agency in Australia and understands the systems, workflows, templates and compliance documentation required to run one properly.

This is not a generic process-mapping or virtual assistant role.

Scope of work
- Map the client journey from enquiry through to settlement
- Set up practical workflows and systems
- Create SOPs, checklists and internal processes
- Develop client-facing templates and standard documents
- Set up compliance processes and registers
- Recommend an appropriate CRM or project management structure if necessary
- Organise all documents and provide a transparent handover to the team

What we’re looking for
- Direct experience setting up, running or managing an Australian buyers agency
- Strong understanding of buyers agency operations and compliance
- Experience creating workflows, templates and SOPs
- Knowledge of relevant state-based licensing and documentation requirements
- Clear communication,



strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Experience with ClickUp or similar systems is a bonus
- Any legal documents should be identified for review by an appropriately qualified Australian professional.

Project arrangement
- One-off project
- Fixed-price and milestone-based
- Some availability during Melbourne business hours
- Shortlisted applicants will be booked for an interview with the company director
