The Group owns multiple Tobacconist/Golden Casket franchise stores in multiple (QLD & NSW) locations. We pride ourselves on delivering a high quality product combined with friendly and genuine service to all of our customers.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are currently seeking candidates for Tobacconist/Golden Casket retail sales assistant position at Gladstone, QLD with varying capacities (Part Time). Golden Casket experience would be preferred. The shifts will vary and may be a combination of day, evenings and weekends.

To be successful in joining our team, you will ideally have previous experience in Tobacco/Golden Casket and retail along with a strong grasp of high end customer service and adaptability to learn. Your enthusiasm and initiative to exceed sales targets, is a must.

SUPPORT:

You will not be alone. As part of your initiation,



you will be provided with two weeks of on job training with a senior and support to achieve store expectations. Opportunities for career progression to management position within the Group's larger business plan are also supported and strongly encouraged.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities of the role:

* Customer Service (Product sales)
* Managing your store's expectations around sales
* Weekly Stock Count
* Be able to follow high standards of visual merchandising in the store to best maximise sales.
* Understand the importance of stock management.
* Enjoy working in a fast pace and busy workplace.
* Creating and submitting daily - Day End Reports
* Product ordering - As required.
* Honest and customer centric daily trading at the store.

Pay: $28.00 – $30.00 per hour
