Description:
We’re looking for a PMO Analyst to support the rhythm of corporate portfolio governance and help keep initiatives visible, well-coordinated, and decision-ready.
This role blends portfolio reporting, governance support, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination. You’ll help improve how we run the portfolio, support business leads where needed.
Key responsibilities :
Run core portfolio governance activities, including cadence, templates, standards, and decision logs.
Support portfolio reviews, assurance activities, and action follow-through.
Maintain an up-to-date view of priorities, dependencies, conflicts, and resourcing constraints.
Analyse project health, risks, and trends, and help drive issues to closure.
Produce clear, decision-ready reporting for delivery teams and leaders.
Translate portfolio data into practical insights and recommendations.
Support project leads with project management and BA-style tasks as required.
Analyse and document processes, workflows, and operating rhythms.
Help improve portfolio processes, including opportunities to use AI to reduce manual effort.
Support adoption and administration of portfolio tools, including access, templates, data quality, and user support.
Skills and Experiences:
3–5 years’ experience in PMO, portfolio operations, project governance, business analysis, project coordination, or project delivery.
Experience with governance and assurance practices such as stage gates, health checks, and compliance monitoring.
Confidence facilitating workshops and driving actions, dependencies, and decisions to closure.
Working knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches.
Experience documenting current and future state processes and workflows.
Strong analytical and reporting skills, including Excel and data visualisation.
Experience administering a cloud-based or SaaS PPM tool; Smartsheet experience is preferred.
Ability to create and maintain standardised processes and templates.
Strong communication skills and the ability to simplify complex information.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
