We’re looking for passionate and experienced Mid-Level to Senior Florists to join our growing team. This is an opportunity for someone who loves flowers, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing work of the highest standard.

About the Role

As members of our floristry team, you’ll be responsible for creating premium floral designs while helping maintain our high standards of quality, presentation and customer experience. You’ll work closely with our retail and events teams and have the chance to mentor junior florists.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and create premium bouquets and floral arrangements for retail, weddings, events and corporate clients.
- Produce high-quality work efficiently in a busy retail workplace.
- Prepare, process and care for fresh flowers to maximise quality and vase life.
- Maintain attractive retail displays and visual merchandising.
- Assist with stock rotation, flower conditioning and inventory management.
- Work directly with customers to provide expert floral advice and recommendations.
- Contribute ideas for seasonal collections and new product designs.
- Support event installations and pack-downs when required.




- Help train and guide junior florists and florist assistants.
- Maintain a clean, organised and professional workspace at all times.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years’ experience as a florist in a retail or studio environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent bouquet and arrangement design.
- Confidence working independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent colour, design and styling skills.
- Experience with weddings and events is highly regarded.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak periods such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day.
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Certificate III or IV in Floristry is desirable but not essential for experienced candidates.
