IZAKAYA DOMO2 is an exciting new Japanese Izakaya & bar located in the heart of Melbourne. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Hall Supervisor to ensure all operational activities at our venue.

What you will need:

RSA is a requirement for this role.

Permanent Resident visa, Partner visa, AUS Citizen and NZ Citizen Only.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced restaurant; with a strong understanding of food & beverage service.

Demonstrated experiencing in training FOH staff on sales & service procedures.

Ability to confidently operate a POS system and handle transactions accurately..

Strong upselling skills and a passion for creating great customer experiences.





Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace.

A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Working Hours.

32～38 hours per week, including weekends.

Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

About the Benefits

Hourly wage:

Weekday : $34.96 + Super.

Weekend : Legal weekend hourly rate applies + Super.

Public Holiday : Legal Public Holiday hourly rate applies + Super.

Experience:

- Kitchen Hand at the Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Cook at Japanese T/A or Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
