Registered Nurse (RN) – Aged CareBerry & South Coast NSW

East Bridge Recruitment is seeking compassionate, experienced and reliable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our growing healthcare staffing team across Berry and the South Coast NSW, including Nowra, Gerringong, Shellharbour, Wollongong and surrounding areas.

We have a range of casual and ongoing shift opportunities available across residential aged care facilities, providing flexibility to suit your availability.
About the Role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, person-centred clinical care to residents while working collaboratively with care teams and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide safe, high-quality and person-centred nursing care to residents.
- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and monitor residents' health and wellbeing.
- Develop, implement and evaluate individualised care plans.
- Administer medications safely and accurately within your scope of practice.
- Monitor and respond appropriately to changes in residents' clinical conditions.
- Manage wounds, documentation, incident reporting and other clinical requirements.
- Work closely with ENs, AINs/PCAs, doctors, allied health professionals and facility management.
- Provide clinical guidance, support and appropriate delegation to care staff.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Promote dignity, independence, choice and quality of life for residents.
- Follow infection prevention, medication management, workplace health and safety and aged-care standards.




- Escalate clinical concerns and incidents appropriately.

What We're Looking For
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous aged care experience is highly desirable.
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Reliable, professional and compassionate approach to resident care.
- Robust documentation and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across a range of shifts, including AM, PM and night shifts.
- Current police check and required compliance documents.
- Current vaccinations and other relevant aged-care compliance requirements.
