Right now we have a rare opening for a casual team member who want consistent days, fair award conditions, and a workplace that truly has your back.

This isn’t a “gig” or a stop-gap role. We’re looking for people who want to stay long term ( 1–2+ years), grow with us, and be part of a supportive crew that feels like family.

Where you’ll work:

Mainly North of the River (Subiaco, North Perth, Padbury, Scarborough etc.) with some days in the beautiful Western Suburbs (Nedlands, Cottesloe, City Beach, Wembley, Peppermint Grove, etc.). If you’re happy to cover both NOR and occasional SOR runs, let us know - it’s a big bonus!

Your days & hours:

2-3 full days per week (we work with you to choose which days to roster regularly)

Shifts are rostered between the hours of 8:30 am – 4:30/5 pm (5–8 hours cleaning + paid travel time between jobs).

No evenings, no weekends, no split shifts - ever.

What you bring:

- Your own reliable car + valid driver’s licence (non-negotiable - you need permanent access to your vehicle)
- Smartphone with internet
- At least 12 months of domestic/home cleaning experience and a genuine love for cleaning
- Eye for detail and pride in your work
- Positive, can-do attitude and excellent communication
- Available the same 2-3 days each week, long-term
- Bonus if you love health, wellness, and green living (you’ll fit right in!)

You’ll usually work in pairs (sometimes solo once fully trained) doing detailed, thorough regular home cleans for lovely long-term clients who treat you with respect.

If you’re studying part time, wanting a role that pays for you to work out (it really is like a gym work out some days), and you want consistent days with a small business that values loyalty and looks after its people, we’d love to hear from you.
