We are currently seeking a Japanese Sous Chef(Hot Food Section) to work with our restaurant team in Melbourne CBD.

What you will need:

At least 1-2 years of experience in a premium, fast-paced restaurant.

AT least 1-2 years of Japanese Hot Food experience in Japanese Restaurant.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

A positive attitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Working Hours.

38 hours per week (plus reasonable additional hours as required) , including weekends.

Flexible roster, including evenings (Mon-Sun).

Experience:

- Japanese Hot Food: 1 year (Preferred)
- Kitchen Roll in the Japanese Restaurant: 1 year (Preferred)
