About the Role

As a Dental Assistant/Receptionist, you'll play an integral role in creating a positive experience for both patients and clinicians.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing chairside assistance and support during a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining treatment rooms to the highest standards
- Managing patient appointments and handling reception duties
- Delivering outstanding customer service and patient care
- Supporting clinicians with clinical and administrative tasks
- Maintaining accurate patient records using Dental4Windows (D4W)
- Contributing to a smooth, efficient, and welcoming practice workplace





This full-time role is worked across four days per week, offering an excellent work-life balance while providing the stability and benefits of full-time employment. You'll enjoy a varied role and the opportunity to work alongside a highly experienced and supportive team.

About You

We're looking for someone who is:

- Experienced as a Dental Assistant and Receptionist (minimum 1 year)
- Confident using Dental4Windows (D4W) software (required)
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
- Professional, reliable, and well-presented
- Friendly, caring, and passionate about patient care
- A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a busy and fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
- Certificate III or IV in Dental Assisting is highly regarded.
